The Wash Refill subscription

There is one plan. The Wash Refill — Pre-Wash Snow Foam and Ceramic Snow Foam, 500ml of each — is delivered every three months for £30 a set, with free UK delivery. Bought on its own, without a subscription, the same set is £45.

When you are charged

Subscribed on its own: £30 is charged when you place the order, and every three months after that.

Added to the Ceramic Wash System: nothing is charged for the refill on the day, because the system already contains both foams. The first set is charged and sent three months after your order, and every three months after that.

Each charge is taken from the payment method used at checkout. Klarna cannot be used for an order that includes a subscription.

Pausing, changing and cancelling

You can pause, change the delivery address, or cancel at any time from your account on kriegerwolff.com or from the link in any subscription email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. A change made before a renewal date applies to that renewal; a change made after it applies from the following delivery.

Refunds

Each delivery is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in our refund policy.

Price changes

If the subscription price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel before it does.
